At Lockett Custom Homes, we are committed to giving back to our community. We live, work, and play where we build. Our homes are remarkable, but it’s the exceptional people who live in them, that make for a community.
We support our local schools, sponsor local youth sports teams, and assist fixed income residents through our non-profit, Arcadia Habitat Helpers organization.

WWII Uniform Returned to Family
Our founder, Jay Lockett, was able to reunite a WWII veteran’s uniform with the veteran’s family.
Arcadia Highschool Softball Field
The team at Spartan Luxury Homes donated their time and materials to rebuild the Arcadia High school Softball field backstop in 2023.
Arcadia Little League Coaching
Spartan Luxury Homes, and its founder Jay Lockett, are long-time supporters of Arcadia Little League. Jay coached for 7 years, sometimes taking on two different teams in two different age divisions. He was also the Assistant Coach for Arcadia Little League All-Star teams.
Phoenix Fire Department Training
The Team, at Spartan Luxury Homes, partnered with the Phoenix Fire Department to enable real-world training on a project that was scheduled to be rebuilt.
